How We Roast
When it comes to roasting coffee, you can use everything from a cast iron skillet on the stove, a popcorn popper, to a massive drum roaster.
We roast on a machine that uses hot air to produce convection heat applied to the coffee beans. This technology is also known as "fluid bed" roasting. This technology is newer when it comes to roasting and is great because it can produce a large amount of evenly roasted beans with a clarity in the flavor profile.
We pride ourselves in the fact that we are using clean, hot air to roast your coffee. It is great for the environment and great for you.
We are currently using the Loring S7 Nighthawk. This machine and this company has been top notch in performance and service.
